In my meal prep workshops, a group of 4-10 people will get together to prep ingredients for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and have a lot of fun doing it! We will discuss the importance of micronutrients, the benefits of homemade food vs. processed food, tips and tricks for meal prep and why it’s so important, and some basic kitchen and knife skills.
