This recipe is a cross between two of my favorite breakfasts: yogurt and overnight oats – it’s got the thick, creamy yogurt texture plus all of the goodness and chewiness of overnight oats.

Blueberry Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup plain whole-fat yogurt
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP creamy natural almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Directions

Mix all ingredients.  Refrigerate a few hours or overnight before eating.
