Raw Cookie Dough Bites

  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 3/4 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Add walnuts, cashews, dates, vanilla, and sea salt to a food processor and process until it forms a doughy consistency.  Pour into a bowl and add chocolate chips.  Use your hands to incorporate chocolate chips into the dough.  Roll into balls and store in the refrigerator.
