These truffles have all of the chocolate decadence you need to satisfy your most intense cravings, but they are made from REAL nourishing food.  I’ve even thrown some superfood goji berries in for good measure.  They are an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory powerhouse.  And with their ability to help stabilize blood sugar, they help to balance out the effects of the dates used to sweeten the truffles.

Raw Superfood Chocolate Truffles

  • Servings: 12-16 truffles
  • Difficulty: easy

  • 1 1/2 cups raw pecans
  • 1 cup pitted dates, packed
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1/4 cup cacao, or cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Add all ingredients to food processor and process until everything is broken up into tiny bits and dough sticks together when pinched between your fingers.  Roll into small balls, wetting hands with water as you go to prevent sticking.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
